Sam Smith

Sam Smith is a qualified solicitor who has been with Draycott Browne for a number of years.

Sam has extensive experience, having focused her career since graduation on criminal defence.  She has enviable knowledge across a broad spectrum of areas including police stations to the gravest of crimes at the crown court.   Sam also has significant experience of prison law, which has allowed her to provide continual assistance from court to release from custody.  

Sam can often be found equally in a police station, at the Magistrates Court or in the Crown Court.  She has particular skills of dealing with the most vulnerable of clients, and the commitment to resolution for them is the same commitment we see towards our team at Draycott Browne.

Sam undertakes legal aid work and private work.
